With a proud history of service, HDSA stands as a pillar of the community, uniting over 11,000 members and 20+ youth and adult clubs in a shared passion for the beautiful game.

Our mission at HDSA is clear: to promote, develop, and administer soccer in all its forms—both indoor and outdoor—across the District. As staunch advocates for the sport, we work tirelessly on behalf of our member organizations, offering support and guidance to help them establish and execute effective soccer programs. These initiatives are designed not only to enhance technical skills on the field but also to foster the holistic development of mental, physical, social, and leadership skills for players, coaches, managers, and referees alike.
