Travel & Competition Management
All travel related competition and hosting involving inter-District competition must receive District (HDSA) approval. This is managed through Ontario Soccer's CTMS Platform. All clubs have access to this platform. If a new user (club admin, coach, team manager) will be submitting applications, an account can be created by contacting the District Administrator. The new user will receive an account with a temporary password.
The following applications can be submitted through CTMS:
- AHEG (Application to Host Exhibition Game) - For exhibition games where opponent is from out of district. For inner District play, please see Exhibition Games tab under our Coaching Resources section.
- ATF (Application to Travel Form) - For all travel to out of district tournaments, exhibition games etc. Travel forms are not needed for travel within District. Please note that applications are for Teams not Clubs (i.e. if a Club has three teams attending the same tournament, three ATFs must be submitted).
- FAF (Festival Hosting Application Form) - To be submitted by Clubs when they want to host an Inner District festival.
- TAF (Tournament Hosting Application Form) - To be submitted by Clubs when they want to host an Inner District Tournament.
- ITC (International Transfer Certificate)
When you have submitted an application, please ensure that it is "Approved by Club." If it is not, then the District Administrator cannot see the application and will not be able to approve. When an application is submitted, there is no notification provided to the District Admin. CTMS is regularly checked for approvals, but if your application is time sensitive, please send an email.
For any ATF submitted less than seven (7) days prior to the events, the submitting club shall be charged an additional $25 administration fee.
Application fees can be viewed on our HDSA Fees document under "About Us" "HDSA Governing Documents."
Out of Province Travel
Travel to another province or to the USA require the following extra documentation for approvals:
- Official Roster
- Proof of Travel Insurance
- Competition Sanction Approval
- Tournament Rules
Travel insurance can be purchased through HUB and Ontario Soccer partner, TuGo Travel. All players and staff who are listed on the official roster must also be listed on the insurance policy. Any players or staff who are not traveling can be noted in the "Additional Notes" section of the application.
Competition sanction approval can be requested from the tournament organizers and generally include sanctioning from the provincial, state, or national governing body.
Tournament rules should align with FIFA standards.
Please ensure that Out of Province approvals are submitted in a timely fashion as they require additional reviewing and steps.

- U9/U10 - 3 Memorable Events (including 1 Out of Province)
