Referees will be eligible for mileage when officiating a game within HDSA, that is assigned by the Huronia District Assignor; provided the game is not their registered home club(s), and provided the distance from their home, to the field, is more than 25km one-way. Referees that are more than 25km according to google maps using the shortest/fastest non-toll route will have their full roundtrip mileage paid at $0.60/km. 

HDSA will be responsible for collecting and verifying the expense form from the match official, as well as paying  the officials claim (via EFT payment or Cheque). Officials must submit expense form no later than 30 days after the match, or the mileage claim will not be approved by the District and Clubs. 

HDSA is responsible for assigning the following leagues/divisions within HDSA boundaries in 2025:
•    HDSL U13-U18 (Referee only, clubs assign AR’s)
•    HDSL Adult Divisions (all officials)
•    HDSA/HDSL Tournaments & Festivals
•    YRSL U13-U18 (all officials)
•    YRSL Senior (all officials)
•    OSL Regional, Regional U21, and MJ.
•    TOSL U13-U18
•    I-Model Qualfying & C2 (District operators are TBD for 2025).

*While HDSA high school games are assigned by District, these games are not currently eligible for mileage.
